The cowl is knit with 2 strands held together (1 strand of each yarn) throughout.
Needles
Suggested needles: 3.5 mm (US 4) and 4.5 mm (US 7) circular needles, 40 cm / 16" long.
Gauge
19 sts and 26 rnds in stockinette stitch on 4.5 mm (US 7) needle = 10 × 10 cm / 4 × 4".
Construction
The cowl is worked in the round on a circular needle. It begins and ends with a rolled edge, and double twisted stitches are worked around the cowl in between. The twists are worked on every 4th round, without a cable needle.
